Pretty huge. Goolge images can explain it better than me. One is for couhes the other is for sleeping on.

Tbf though I'm bilingual from birth so I probably have very different perspective than later-in-life bilinguals.

There's a German region where "foot" is used for "leg" too though they obviously know the word for "leg"...
