It's tiring sometimes talking to phd students. So many think that eg preprints promote scooping, or writing papers well is upsetting...

I have noticed PhDs here vs previous uni r more misguided. I think staff/stu rels here r 2 hierarchical so they get little info.

that's good. I had an office with 30 (max) people so I might have jump started that without twitter.
