agreed dark liquor is riskier. I've given up red wine as well but I miss it. And coffee. And blue cheese. It's not fair booooo

coffee was a weird one. Decaf was a trigger too, so it wasn't the precious caffeine. I drink so much black tea now

prob - but seriously black tea is small (ish!) doses of caffeine over the whole day, you seem to actually need it, so keep it up
