@dmoisset although in greek it's not seen the way you might think. Τράπεζα vs τραπέζι: the female = bank; the neutral = table. -
@o_guest the cultural clash is more intense when you find out that other gendered language has a different mapping than yours -
@dmoisset I wasn't that surprised when I was taught that in French it's le paragraph but in Greek η παράγραφος is f. Same Latin word root 2! -
