@chbergma given my experiences of direct comments from women on how (other?) women are not as good as men - not surprised.

@chbergma also, often forgotten, sometimes the truth is self-reifying: "Overhyped claims could make these fields unattractive to women". -

@chbergma So not just passive/subconscious stereotype threat but actively thinking "I don't want to do that" for arguably sensible reasons.
