To splain you need to insert yourself in a discussion where you rely on a social privilege you have, like male privilege for mansplaining, and not an inherent expertise that's relevant in the context.

Yes -- to me, the mansplainer thinks that through virtue of being a man, his expertise is elevated to that of expert woman, and beyond. Would you agree with this
