They are harvesting interactions. It's attention hijacking.

Sure. They are hyperaware of the followership & clickrate on threads they join. Their timing is discipled. Similar tactics for friend & foe. Their use of language is disciplined but dismissive to their targets. They check in with allies. Lee is piece o'work technically speaking.

That is... Fascinating. So... It's like a hobby? Or is there some monetary or prestige benefit? I guess some people "attention hijack" in real life, too. But that's smth we're used to, we just dismiss them as annoying, unpleasant people
And there they don't address thousands.1 reply 0 retweets 4 likes -

This is a good question. Skepticism is fuel; one can simply turn that intensity to one's own purpose. Keep on your game. Make rich art.

Yes, negativity is a commodity on twitter presently. It's the state of the algorithm. A natural progression too as negation is common device in the American corpus, signaling an oncoming act of agency. It's a tell. Influence is a 2-sided coin. Self-care. It's ok to take breaks.

Oh, the many followers I'm getting is fantastic. And I'm lucky to be very far from the USA. Almost as far as possible on the globe.

Just to make a lightness and a joke since this is all a bit depressing.
Good getting to me, anons.pic.twitter.com/5x67hcpQvh
