I can't believe I have to say this, but it's 2019, so let's go: "sexism against men" and "racism against white people" is THE SAME AS "homophobia against straight people", "Islamophobia against Christians", "transphobia against cis people". THE SAME. These words have meanings!

I love when I see feminists use arguments that they themselves would laugh at if other people used them in an equivalent manner. "I have a black friend, so how can I be racist?" I don't know you or whether you're anti-men, I just find the argument humorous.
-
Also the actual definition you put forward to prove your point proved the opposite, if anything. The word 'typically' conveys the meaning that it isn't exclusively, and hence you're wrong that the meaning of the word is exclusively about sexism twoards women.
-
I like that a feminist source was used for the definitions. It's like quoting a theologian. These ism are pretty easy. Sexism is the belief males and females are different AND one of them better. Racism is the belief races are different AND some are better and worse.
-
Of course these definitions require an AND. They contain two conditions to be true. I don't think many can handle that. It seems to me many stop at the first condition. Woman are good at empathy? That's sexist! We're all absolutely equal! They're not checking for condition 2.
-
Condition 2 is tricky. It's a matter of values and ethics. It's about what you believe the statement "woman are good at empathy" implies. It's a thing hard to understand in a culture that assigns a character limit of 240 to our thoughts. The result is no one bothers with 2.
