I once read an article on Milo Yiannopoulos and why it was impossible to 'beat' him in 'debate'. The conclusion was that he didn't actual have any beliefs of his own, so he could keep changing his argument to whatever it needed to be in that moment. TERFs are very similar.

TERFs do have one 'belief', however, and it's that they despise trans women more than anything else. They will keep shifting around that target using whatever means are available, changing tack when the current vector of attack stops working.

The most common argument they use is that they're concerned about the rights and safety of women. But when women condemn them en masse, and evidence is shown that trans people aren't a threat to women, they simple shift to a different argument that allows them to attack us again.
