Hey #academia tweeps, I'm seeking advice on how to deal with a conflict situation with a colleague in the department who is in a position of power.

After failure in #1 and #2 3) minimize interactions, 4) not to go for early promotion, 5) I'm considering not to apply to internal opportunities for trainees in the lab and focus on external awards, 5 ) stay focused on work we do in the lab and enjoy positive collaborations,

I am an ECR so take what I say with a huge grain of salt, but it sounds like time to move jobs. Sorry you've got into such a awful position.
