'Towards a European Framework for Research Careers' (2011) suggested a 4 stage taxonomy using gender-neutral terms. A reword on the #MORE3 project site adds in 'his' 5 times, with no mention of 'her' and one mention of 'he or she'

European Commission (2011): https://cdn5.euraxess.org/sites/default/files/policy_library/towards_a_european_framework_for_research_careers_final.pdf … MORE3 Website: https://www.more3.eu/indicator-tool/career-stages-r1-to-r4 … Raising because (1) that's embarrassing and disappointing, and (2) the MORE3 site comes up higher in search results and may be consulted more often when looking for the stages (R1-R4).

Here's a screen grab

#diversity#inclusion#WomenInSTEM It would be one thing if 'his' was in the original framework, but it's another to reword gender neutral terms into exclusive onespic.twitter.com/8lRKA1xbY1
