So I am not exactly neurotypical so this may not be generally applicable. But I classify all people I met first online and later offline as either ‘faster in real life’ or ‘slower in real life’.+

So online interactions you can take time to respond but IRL some people are too fast to keep up with and some people don’t have enough time to consider their response so seem really quiet. Realising I fell somewhere in the middle was one of the key insights into myself & life
