and so have I. and literally hundreds of other people. I'm not sure what your expectations here are. do you expect every 2-sentence point in a blog post to be backed by an authoritative review of the past 10 years of social media and published literature?

That's great. I was not suggesting anything. People seemed to be tweeting this like it was really something new and that upends the perspective and it surprised me to see that, because I had seen it a lot of times before. Particularly the quote in question.
