Lmao @facebook's community standards don't allow hate speech, but reporting a post against the whole LGBTQ+ community gets a reply that it doesn't violate the standards. What? Is it just that moderators don't speak the language or is it that the speech is in the photo descript.?

They also don't have a way to put in text clarifying what about it is unacceptable, so I suspect they looked at the photo (rainbow flags on a street) and not the description. Or they didn't check w a Turkish speaker. Or they agreed with the content. Whatever, it's still up.

ughhhh i want to. but there's people + events + news that i wouldn't be able to reach otherwise living here in cyprus, so i'll have to deal w it for a while longer. plus, disabling my account means i'm not aware of the shitty things happening (e.g this post)
