How do people manage to like...actually drink the proper amount of water daily?

If you're already dehydrated you need salts and water. Putting salt in some water and drinking it is the cheapest way to rehydrate. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Management_of_dehydration … I have gone for a few days without any water at all. Courtesy of migraines. It isn't fun. I think the longest is 2 days.
