I have the same thing if I don't eat low FODMAP. The only reason I don't share photos other than because I really stick to it is because the very rare times I screw up I'm in so much pain selfies are tertiary.
I do eat tons though because I don't eat out and use green onions (the bit of the onion that we can eat safely) — so I just eat as much as I feel like at home. When I travel it is harder but I started eating meat again so I can survive protein-wise.

Thanks Olivia! Yeah my doc is watching my weight and I need to be careful and learn to expand my meal options! Had no idea you were low FODMAP too so it would be great to swap ideas
