I quit the gym a month ago and I've never been happier with my body. I had constant muscle pain for years and didn't realise it's fibromyalgia. Almost no muscle pain has really brought home how much it was affecting me day to day.

surely it's the exercise you want you can find it out of the gym without the pain? Water related sports for example (inner voice: must. not. say. watersports)

Sadly fibromyalgia gets triggered easily. We'll see!

I am just glad you are not in pain. my celiac condition would give me so. much pain especially in my legs for no reason and it was frustrating
