Not from any autistic individuals I know but I assume it's been used by many neuraltypicals and occasionally by a few autistic individuals :s for better and worse; everyone is a human

It's a typical privileged person thing in general. They use anything to justify bad behaviour. "Sorry I X, I was Y." Where X has nothing to do with Y. Like X = verbally abused you for no reason and Y = drunk.
