My hot take: does food at conferences have to be the default expectation at all? BYOF might be easier?

I can't eat any beans, for example.
I used to be vegan. But there's no vegan protein I can eat except seitan pretty much (which I'll have today
), but that's pure gluten which is totally not inclusive to celiacs. -
