I’ve often been finding after busy or stressful days that I can’t “shut my brain off” and lay awake late into the night. My mind keeps thinking through anything and everything. Has anyone found an effective solution to this?

I used to have this but generally don't anymore (exceptions being when I'm particularly stressed). One thing I've found that helps is to leave a long enough non-work buffer before trying to sleep. Do anything else - music, reading, talking about non-work stuff, cuddling.
