Did a multi pitch (5 pitches) climb in Tirol, Austria. I'm now dead.

I could say that’s it sort of like lifting weights. If you come back you can still do difficult routes like you used to just like lift the jew you weights that you did before. It’s all muscle memory am I right? Plus technique is still there.

But I would say I’m okay at climbing but I suck at Dino’s (need to work on being more explosive.
