Did a multi pitch (5 pitches) climb in Tirol, Austria. I'm now dead. 

You need to buy a book of climbs, where the bolts are, what the grades are, for the area you will visit. But ideally you need a guide. Top roping might be the the hardest thing you do as a newbie.

I’m not exactly a newbie, I’ve been doing rock climbing and bouldering for years but I have been very on and off with it to be frank with you. But I would say the most consistent I was in rock climbing was definitely in 2014-2015 as I would regularly use the uni wall...

I could say that’s it sort of like lifting weights. If you come back you can still do difficult routes like you used to just like lift the jew you weights that you did before. It’s all muscle memory am I right? Plus technique is still there.
