UK people who love halloumi but eat it only in burgers... 1. We don't do that in Cyprus. Try in a pitta, then maybe you're being OK. I said maybe. 2. We also eat it as a dessert with watermelon. 3. Do not buy halloumi made from cow's milk or without mint on it. YIAX RE. OK?

The most disgusting thing about UK halloumi (almost always made by Pittas) is that it contains cow's milk and no mint. Halloumi in Cyprus is mix of goat & sheep milk.
