We do it, it's just not something we do often. It's more of a restaurant thing. Or like if you are lighting your foukou anyway.

Hmmm. I will go for frying. Long standing debate with my family about whether Halloumi is nice (I'm pro) but they complain its "like rubber" which ... might be the point here.

Well, this tells me they are new heights to reach. Is that you can't buy good halloumi in the UK or we tend to cook it all wrong. (I guess both is possible) ?
