UK people who love halloumi but eat it only in burgers... 1. We don't do that in Cyprus. Try in a pitta, then maybe you're being OK. I said maybe. 2. We also eat it as a dessert with watermelon. 3. Do not buy halloumi made from cow's milk or without mint on it. YIAX RE. OK?

Ok nice yeh agree also papouis also awful - believe me there are even worse available in the UK!! Sold in Turkish supermarkets Polycarpou and Keses are ok too Plenty of artisan makers out there . There is one making in london which is good too all sheep milk too
