For the last hour and a half, I’ve been having déjà vus nonstop so much so that it feels like I’m living two lives simultaneously. Is that a thing that happens to others too? My sense of reality is warped quite a bit rn. So oddly curious.pic.twitter.com/rCJphdX4fu

Yes, sometimes after I have gone through a period of intense concentration I feel like that. Not often though.

Really? It’s so weird. Still going on. I partially lost sense of time. The same thing feels like the past, present, and future simultaneously. Quite unsettling but fascinating.

I have legit borderline breakdowns so a bit of déjà vu seems normal.

I have moments where I'm not in control of what I say, in situations of extreme sadness and anger. I'm just watching like it's TV. Something really bad, objectively like breaking up or abuse (so in the past), has to happen for it to happen. Then déjà vu happens like you describe.

It's mostly dissociation though, but certainly feels like it's happened before too. Is that like what you describe, or an extreme version of it?

If so it's definitely stress related IMHO.

It’s happened before. But I don’t feel stressed these days so Idk why now. It wasn’t a bit of déjà vu though. Quite a change of perception that lasted for hours. Weird.
