Africa and Asia are continents. "Africans" and "Asians" are people who are from and/or live in Africa and Asia, respectively.

No two people on Earth are "exactly the same". The question is whether these average differences are significant enough to make racial categorisation coherent or useful. It isn't, because the differences are so superficial.
