I'm American - for me the most annoying thing is the way Brits don't ever use a definite article in front of the word "hospital" and the most amusing difference is the way they pronounce aluminum.

Also amusingly, I can give you one sure-fire way of telling apart who is English from everybody else: if they say "floor" for "ground" (literally calling the dirt on the ground, the floor), they are English.
