They’re reeeeeally angry. Definitely a predator. Maybe even in the nest tree. My guess is raccoon given the time of day and location.

Could be a magpie? Or maybe just an oblivious squirrel? I can't think of much that would predate crow eggs here..

In my neighborhood they seem to fight a lot with seagulls. Especially in the air, at least that is where I see them. But yeah, magpies could be possible too. A few very big ones live around here.
