yes! seems like much of it is due to extra metabolic stress from excitable neurons. (i also take pre-methylated B vitamins to help my overworked mitochondria

That's a good question... I haven't noticed any effects like that myself, but I am not prone to seizures. Also! My typical dose of sulforaphane is only 25 μg/kg (0.1% the dose used in those experiments)
