If you're in the UK, tweet below, and I can send you websites which ship beautiful ones for good prices. They are also known as money plants or jade plants. Bonus: They don't grow super fast so no need to repot yearly and they don't require fertiliser. Just water when bone dry.

They tend to grow a lot though! This one is a year old and started out similar to the one you posted. When I repot it next time it will no longer fit the window ledge :(.pic.twitter.com/jjtvdMziNN
-
There's no way that's a year old... Do you mean you've just had it for a year? Mine is 8 months in my care and it's as tiny as you see!
-
There's many solutions for your plants though. First of all how many are in that pot? It looks like 2 or more. You can easily split them up and get smaller plants which will fit on the windowsill.

This looks like a right gem - compared to looking after an asparagus fern!
hopefully it will make a full recovery...only time will tell! I will be on the look out for a crassula
-
Oh no, what happened?
-
I'm not 100% sure, but I think the lack of humidity has made the plant go white! Afew new green shoots are popping out though -

-
Yeah, that makes sense. Buy plants for humidity you have or buy a humidifier.

Yes, overwatering is the number one killer. This is not a good one if you overwater. Sorry to hear. Buy a new one!

I'll try again soon!
