So... speaking of coffee the other day on Twitter... is it just Cypriots that do this?
Do other cultures other than Greeks (I think?) and Cypriots make their coffee (frappé) last forever using water?

Hard to explain if you've never seen it, but otherwise the coffee in the foam would not be drinkable and just stay in your glass. So by adding you water you get to drink the coffee in the foam. It's obviously weaker than a new drink but by no means "just water".

It also boils down to individual differences in how people prepare coffee too. I personally would do it more if the place I ordered the coffee from makes it stronger than I expect, just like in the video...
