You listened just to the audio on cassette? I had the VHS and watched like a few epidosdes per day for years.

-
Yup! They were official BBC cassettes, literally just the audio. I would listen to them as I was falling asleep...
-
I can see it working since it's so dialogue oriented. Oh, that reminds me... I used to listen to audio books mostly Roald Dahl (of books I'd already read) when I had migraine & was bored of being in pain. I had a My First Sony. Those cassette players were so robust. And so red.

When I was younger I used to repeatedly listen to something about a bear called tough ted who was a sailor...no idea where that came from...On a flat brown (alba?) cassette recorder

Oh, never heard of it but looks very cute!pic.twitter.com/KtWuYFV6G4

You can buy the book still! But with all such things there is always the worry you will be disappointed. I still would though.

When he grew the beard in II I think my mom suprised herself by getting a crush on him. Then he shaved it and it was over. Now whenever I see him beardless in a movie I always think "Rowan you could have had it all".
-
Hahaha. BTW he's a bit of a wanker. Anybody who doesn't get Popper's paradox IMHO is a bit of a poo.
-
Ugh just read his wikipedia page for background on that. Sigh. Well then it's for the best that his weak chin is out and proud for all to see

-
"Weak chin" is a hilarious insult hahah.
