Well, if I ever see it for cheaper. Or at all.
However, if I ever return to the Dead Sea (not likely, alas) I'm definitely going in! -
Floating is fun. I would love to go there!

I went to Israel as a teen, as part of a group, so our exposure to the realities of the place was closely managed. Even so, we had to rearrange our schedule due to... Disturbances which were not described to us.

Ugh. I knew something was dark about your trip. Sorry.

Well, it's a weird thing... We kids were so ignorant and the adults deliberately kept us that way, in theory so we wouldn't be scared. They kept us cut off from news, so mostly we only found out after we were home. (1/2)

Reminds me of growing up in Cyprus. A lot of darkness just out of reach, but not sight, for a child.

That sounds right. My story is also a story about privilege. We weren't all white, but we grew up in silicon valley (the trip was in April 1988), which means we were all relatively well off, and sheltered.

I agree, lavender oil would be a better choice. Usually I get my aroma therapy in the bath from scented candles. Let me know if the salt feels any different from Epsom salts!
