A guy has been kind of following kind of staring at me for a few hours as I have walked to a few places near my house. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. In fact last time right outside my house a guy told me he was going to rape me.
I don't think the Metropolitan Police can do anything TBH. Or do you mean the rape threats?

Important for you to have some support in feeling safe - great you’re taking measures to take care of yourself and be alert and aware but it can’t just end there...

I feel more unsafe when I have workers round to my house and a few weeks ago the wind blew the roof off our place... So in the grand scheme of things I am lucky that my PTSD doesn't flare up due to this street BS.

This is very true. Sending you all the well wishes and vibes of feeling safe

Rape threats and even just if you’re noticing someone watching/following you, that’s a serious and valid concern! Here in Aus and back home in Canada we have 2
#s for police - 1 for immediate emergency and 1 for all other concerns. This would go to the 2nd -
I've had bad experiences with the non-emergency number. But I am glad there's stuff out there in better funded police/emergency services in other countries.

Sorry to hear that :(
