We all know the read/say/type a word so often it doesn't seem right anymore. Is there a word for that? This tweet is sponsored by the word "value"

I find that one really funny when it happens. It happened to me when I was a child, AFAIK, with the word "lemon" (I think I repeated it accidentally or thought about it too much).

I get another thing too where there are certain words that JUST ARE TOO WEIRD, like just too strange and my body rejects them. For example, "coax". Do you get that?

There are def words that I find wrong when I first hear them or remember them after a long time, but I think I can get used to them... Language is weird! Someone should study how our brain does that whole communication thing! ;)

No, for me genuinely the spelling of "coax" is just... NO — how are you a word?
