Is anyone noticing that someone who clearly would be able to contribute very relevant & insightful comments to the #psprereg discussion we are having right now is unable to participate because this platform has been made unsafe for her by the cluelessness of others?

It is disheartening how little care we take as scientific colleagues to ensure that this space, where we discuss important things about our science, is safe for marginalized colleagues to participate in. It's painful how little we care & how unaware we are of our privilege.

It's only a safe space for people who deny that space spaces are important. The irony is palpable.
