I used to support them as a kid. Now I see that such support is an implicit approval of their broader outlook, which includes nationalism.

The Greek flag with Cyprus in the middle is more indicative of APOEL culture, because of its wider acceptance among APOEL supporters. The swastikas are more fringe.

I went to school behind APOEL. And my parents work/grandparent's live basically opposite their clubhouse. Swastikas being fringe of any movement is pretty fucking important as a signal.

Sure. But I see the broader embrace of a "flag" by the majority of supporters (it's not recognized as a real flag by any public institution or state) advocating the annexation of Cyprus to Greece even more dangerous given the specifics of our history on the island.

I mean I see them as all part of the same BS. Agreed though on your point.
