I find the "conscious uncoupling" that happens every time I criticise something in the specific brand of open science my field does, neuro/psych (although mostly psych, I guess), really interesting.

I dunno, I've no idea what that will do the exchanges. Anyway, I respect such things and often tend to unfollow mutuals who unfollow me out of respect for that.

Speaking with others, I see they get the same treatment, which leads to believe it's a funny situation we are in. I guess there's research on this, although I bet it's more on much larger groups (e.g., democrats VS republicans) than minor rifts within open science within a field.
