Delighted (and slightly terrified) to announce that PupillometryR is now available on github. PupillometryR is made to handle some preprocessing and analysis of pupillometry data.

There are existing pipelines for doing this sort of thing in MATLAB (and I am certain there are in python as well), but an R package seemed to be something that might be useful for psychologists more used to analysis in R.

PupillometryR also allows for Functional Data Analysis in a basic two-condition experiment.
