Hey #sciencetwitter ! Where do you store your analysis pipelines (and codes)? I've been thinking about github or osf, but not sure what would be good.. Any suggestions? #neuroscience #phdchat

They can actually be combined! http://help.osf.io/m/addons/l/837075-connect-github-to-a-project … In general I think that GitHub is the minimum requirement for any project that has some code. I have one repo for each project: if it’s not gitted, it doesn’t exist

I would second that. You can use
@OSFramework to bring everything together: data from@googledrive or@Dropbox or@awscloud, code from@github or@Bitbucket. I even tend to have several repo per project (e.g for code for data acquisition, for code for data analysis...)1 reply 0 retweets 2 likes -
