I think they go into unknown... why do you think they would be NB?

Just because of the proportion of each when I run the test on mine, where I seem to have lots of NB. They definitely should be listed a unknown.

I think the algorithm is open source, so you should be able to check what's going on given what you already know.

Thanks for that! I recall having read that back when this came out. So yeah, I'm not sure that organisations would be classed as non-binary based on that blogpost more than anything else?

Hi! No, my code shouldn't guess an organization is a non-binary person. If the profile has a pronoun announcement like "they/them", then my code guesses it's a non-binary person. If there's no pronoun announcement and no human-seeming first name, I omit the account entirely.

So, e.g., The American Library Association is not a man, woman, nor non-binary. It just doesn't appear in your stats at all. Mistakes abound though. The Brooklyn Zen Center appears as a woman because "Brooklyn" is a typically female first name.

You're just a cool dude who follows more non-binary people than me.
