@o_guest. Have you heard it looks like the Psych and PALS degree programmes at UCL will switch to R, but, for reasons I've not been able to understand, they still plan to teach SPSS in first year, and then move to R in second year...1 reply 1 retweet 3 likes -
insane idea– as others pointed out- learning R is likely HARDER due to experience of SPSS - why on earth start them down that route? Also - one year per system before supposed to use one independently in 3rd yr projects? Really looking forward to student feedback in 3 years ...
