Do you model (= do you imagine) that the women in open science who are scared of you as thinking you are scary because you will criticise their open work? Do you think women who do open work fear your criticism?

There are no simple answers to such a question. There are so many people on Twitter and there is such a large diversity in beliefs and opinions and fears. I only have some idea about the people I ended up in lengthy skype convo's with but that does not cover everyone.

I think the invitation to a Skype convo introduces some bias here, but good luck with it as a strategy for minimising your perceived scariness.
