So someone I blocked long time ago is following my account some other way, taking screenshots of my tweets out of context, and sharing with their followers along with hostile comments. Is that not harassment?

I don't actually think disliking (hating) a 1-size fits all science is that egregious. Besides what's that wrong with you being blocked, if you are? Also didn't she try to reconcile with finally anyway? See:https://twitter.com/cruwelli/status/1060450242716405761 …

She blocked you and deleted her tweets because of the pile on that came after. To stop it. That's what I understand. I mean
@lakens blocked me in the past... what does it matter really in your opinion? -
I have never blocked you. I unfollowed you once. You tweeted about that to all your followers. Today someone told me they would like to but don't dare to unfollow you because if they do, they fear you will tweet about it and insult them (like you did with me).

You don't remember blocking me? Good thing I do!https://twitter.com/o_guest/status/842823287940038656 …

I have never tweeted about any single person by name unfollowing me except you cos you blocked me after being really bizarre/creepy. Anyway, if that person is scared of me that's awful and I don't know what to say. If you have ideas to help them feel safer on Twitter let me know.

With respect to DMs I get about you, well, let's just say you go beyond a single person telling me they are scared of you. And again like I sad that is sad these things happen — if you also agree that that's awful we're at a good starting point.

I know some people are scared of me. Always people who never met me in real life. Twitter is a good place for polarization and getting upset or scared about people you might like perfectly fine if you met them. Actually one belief behind my reason not to block.
