Idea. Why don’t we as academics created a site like Glassdoor with ratings on open science, diversity/inclusiveness, work-life balance, salary, and other important features of academy, and then actually relate them to important outcomes?
It depends what you are trying to do. The idea itself is probably good — it is the crowd aspect that is open to abuse.

Also I don't trust people to know how to measure inclusivity for example.
