Is it strange that I feel deeply troubled that an influential open science advocate who cannot even adhere to Wheaton's law is planning to tell politicians that scientists need to be forced to behave the ways that he or they see fit?

Btw, cued by the Australian grant scandal reference: Not unrelevant perhaps that the same person has been lecturing humanities researchers here on twitter, not long ago, for doing their research all wrong. Humanities isn’t even his expertise.
