Of course we should call out people who are being jerks. But continuously lamenting that all of Open science is therefore problematic and horrible is just as destructive as the behaviour of the jerks.

I don’t think “bropenscience” exists, or is a useful term. It again implies that this is such a huge problem that there are distinct groups of people who are good and bad actors. Sure, there is the odd person that needs to be blocked, but that’s not enough for their own label!
