I haven’t been going this summer because I’ve been so busy and it has literally been the worst. I could cope much better with little sleep and demanding schedules if I had a 1.5 for the gym at some point in the day

I haven't been going as much. Really struggling with pain.

Any impact on the migraines? I know some folks have said it helped theirs (purely curious, I know they suck a ton)
