I'm pretty sure @o_guest wouldn't approve, but deep fried halloumi is pretty amazing.

Hahahahaha! I barely approve of Pittas Halloumi (which is most in the UK is, read the back) because it's not 100% goat's or sheep's milk.

Also sadly, this blend (including cow's milk) is not good for lactose intolerant or low-FODMAP people. So both violating tradition and diets!
